At Éoliennes de L’Érable, we are aware of the importance of maintaining and improving people’s quality of life. This is why we want to promote the sustainable use of resources while respecting and protecting the environment.
In all the projects developed by Enerfín, the environmental aspect takes on vital importance. A special effort was made, not only during construction of the project, but also during planning and engineering, to minimize the environmental impacts of the projects. Special attention is also paid to integration of the project into the environment, as evidenced by the unique architecture of the wind farm’s control and operation building, where the architect drew inspiration from the barns typical of the project’s host region.
The L’Érable wind farm, like all projects operated by Enerfin, obtained certificates of compliance with standard 14.001 (AENOR and IQNet certificates) concerning the deployment of an environmental management system.
